Good self-service breakfast with usual continental and cooked options. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Cosy cafe for lunch.

The views are fantastic! Good facilities. Lovely staff. Great breakfast - again with great views to put you in the right mood for the day.
From the viewpoint close the hotel, we could look out over Alderney, Herm, Jethou, Sark, Brecqhou, Jersey and the French coast in one sweep: amazing!
The grounds were amazing for a just off town centre hotel, flowers in full bloom in the well-kept gardens and even a delightful trail in the adjacent woods.
We love the location with the wonderful views over the islands. The short walk back up the hill from town is revitalising and not that onerous. If you go through Candie Gardens, it is a delightful walk. You are close to town and other leisure facilities, but at a short distance that ensures peace and tranquillity.
Surroundings were relaxing and grounds lovely to walk around. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The gardens are extensive and perfect from a walk after dinner. There’s a path to the town of St Peter Port - easy going down the hill, quite tiring coming back!
My wife and I drove up from near the port area. It's a quite climb on foot! But there is disabled parking right in front of the conservatory where light lunches are served. There are amazing views from here overlooking Guernsey, Herm & Sark. On a fine day you could be in the Caribbean!
My 10 &12 year olds spent hours exploring the grounds, playing football on nearby pitch and in the nearby skate park/indoor pool. My dad on childcare duty enjoyed sitting in the grounds too. My husband loved running around St Peter Port and was impressed with the hotel too.
Fantastic location and gardens. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and very well maintained.
The gardens and woodland walk were amazing and so relaxing. The staff were so helpful and made me feel very relaxed and welcome as a lone traveller. Access to town was easy and quick. The whole place is just really fabulous and would definitely stay here again.
