Our meeting rooms are competitively priced and we can accommodate up to 180 people in total comfort. We have a wide range of tables and chairs which can be set out in our conference rooms to best suit your requirements.

Harry Bound Room

With large windows on three sides and views of the neighbouring islands, this room is a light and relaxing space. Its versatility can host a private lunch or dinner and is also ideal for meetings, seminars and examinations.

Reading Room

Well-suited to boardroom style meetings, seating up to 22 comfortably, this room can also be set out theatre style to accommodate up to 40 people. Now includes a TV.

Henry Tupper Room

Provides a comfortable yet professional setting for any meeting and small training sessions. It benefits from good natural daylight and overlooks our beautiful front gardens. Now includes a TV.

Meeting Room 1

This room is often used for small meetings but, alongside the neighbouring Sark Room, is also a popular choice as a breakout room.

  • Two sessions £95.00 (Charity rate £71.25)
Andrew Mitchell Library

This room is often used for small or one-to-one meetings but, alongside the neighbouring Andrew Mitchell Library, it is also a popular choice as a breakout room for larger meetings.

  • One session £55.00 (Charity rate £41.25)
  • Two sessions £95.00  (Charity rate £71.25)
Sark Room

Please note: These figures are to be used as a guideline only. There are several factors which may impact the actual room capacity for your event (equipment, refreshments etc), so please check your requirements with our events team before finalising arrangements.

Conference facilities

There is free wifi throughout the building and with audio-visual facilities available. Our experienced events team will ensure your event runs smoothly and efficiently. We can tailor our services to your requirements, making each special event at Les Cotils unique.

Catering

We cater for a wide array of events, from teas and coffees, sandwiches, terrace lunches and buffets to three-course meals. We can tailor our menus to your specific requirements and help with your dietary and allergy requests.

We have an extensive drinks and wine list and local draught cider and beer in our bar. The House and grounds are fully licensed, catering to the needs of your meeting or event.
