Les Cotils Conference Centre Guernsey is an excellent venue for retreats, seminars, conferences and meetings. Each meeting room can be set out using numerous seating arrangements, and rooms are fully equipped for between 6 and 200 people.
Each seminar room is fitted with ISDN lines for quick and efficient access to the Internet as well as videoconferencing and teleconferencing facilities.
The Harry Bound Room
Without doubt the most flexible of our meeting rooms, the Harry Bound Room can accommodate up to 120 persons using round and oval tables, 140 banquet style, and up to 200 using a theatre style layout. It’s versatility allows for a variety of uses. For example, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, weddings, private lunches or dinners (with dancing).
The Harry Bound Room is situated in the New Wing, and therefore has good wheelchair access. There is good natural daylight, and direct access to the lawn.
The Carol Hindes Room
The Carol Hindes Room at Les Cotils Conference Centre Guernsey is best suited to boardroom style meetings, seating up to 20 comfortably. Using a theatre style seating arrangement maximum numbers are 40. This room has natural daylight and it’s quiet location makes it ideal for examination use.
Guernsey and Alderney Rooms 
These conference centre rooms may be used separately or together. Perfect for drinks receptions, boardroom meetings, syndicate rooms, examinations and private dining.
The Sark Room and Andrew Mitchell Library
The Sark Room is used mostly for videoconferencing and teleconferencing, offering a peaceful and private room seating approximately 6 around the boardroom table. This room leads into our own small business centre where guests can make use of the computer and internet facility. Together with the Andrew Mitchell Library these rooms offer an excellent range of books, videos and audio cassettes.
The Reading Room
Looking out onto the neighbouring islands, the Reading Room offers a quiet good sized room with plenty of natural daylight. Seating 40 comfortably for a private lunch or dinner, this room is also ideal for boardroom meetings, examinations.
The Upper Room
The Upper Room is open daily for devotions and meditation.
The Lounges
There are three comfortable lounges, two of which have excellent views of Herm, Jethou and Sark and, on a clear day, the coast of France.
Special concessions are given to church and charity groups for room hire.
